Rules of the ISP


1. Anyone can participate in this Income Sharing Program (ISP).


2. Licensee of the Mcalc advanced can choose any payment scheme in this Income Sharing Program.


3. Non Licensee of the Mcalc advanced can choose the 1st or the 2nd payment scheme in this Income Sharing Program.

In the table are shown percents that ISP participants get from each payment for the Mcalc advanced, made by those whom they referred directly or indirectly.


Example. Suppose that a participant referred directly only 10 customers (Licensees) and each of them also referred 10 customers, … . Therefore, on the first level there are 10 customers (referred directly), on the second level there are indirectly referred 100 customers (each of 10 on the first level referred 10), on the third level there are indirectly referred 1,000 customers (each of 100 on the second level referred 10), and on the fourth level there are indirectly referred 10,000 customers (each of 1,000 on the third level referred 10). The total income and incomes on each level for the fourth payment scheme are shown in the table.

For a small effort of referring 10 customers directly, this participant has regular income of $32,219 minus PayPal transaction fees. $29 is active income for 10 direct referrals, but $32,190 is passive income from indirect referrals.


4. Payments to ISP participants are made once per quarter via PayPal, if accumulated sums are not less than $10.


5. To register in this ISP, Licensee should send to Licensor a number of the desired payment scheme and a ref_id (id of a person who referred Licensee, if none then ref_id=0). The Licensee will receive an id, which should be send by referrals as ref_id in the orders/payments.


6. Ids and ref_ids can not be changed


7. Non Licensee should asks the new referred Licensee to provide Licensor with a request for registration in the ISP.


8. A person can not refer yourself or existing Licensee and be registered in the ISP more than once. A person can be registered in the ISP only once.


9. If a Licensee choose to become a non Licensee (by not renewing the one year license), she/he still will be able to get income from this ISP, but only according to the first payment scheme.


10. No registrations will be possible in this ISP, after a number of active Licensees reaches the limit of 20,000.


11. The rules may be changed in the future.
